My primary goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with clients to create meaningful change. I draw from a variety of approaches in order to meet the specific needs of each client. Some of these include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic, and existential approaches. I believe in recognizing the complex intersections of identity that shape one’s lived experience and striving to create a therapeutic experience wherein clients feel seen, heard, and respected as unique individuals.
I graduated from Marquette University with my Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling. During my time in graduate school, I gained experience working with young adults coping with a wide variety of challenges pertaining to academics, life transitions, and mental health. I enjoy working with adults of all ages and have a special interest in working with young adults.
