I work with teens and adults and have experience providing individual and family therapy to clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, relationship conflicts and difficult life transitions.

I received my Masters of Science in Art Therapy from Mount Mary University. I utilize the creative process as well as traditional talk therapy interventions to help clients develop clarity and insight, develop new skills and access the strengths they already possess to make meaningful change.

I work from a relational approach founded on authenticity and compassion. You can expect a non-judgemental space where you are welcome to bring your most authentic self to session. I provide structured support to help my clients navigate all of the complexities of being human, with or without art. With the uniqueness of my clients in mind, I choose strategies tailored to my clients’ individual needs and concerns, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

Outside of the office, I can be found devoting time to various interests such as history, gaming, weightlifting, and art making.
